GYM

The Playland sports center gym was created with the goal of providing a personalized training experience. In the gym, we know that each trainee has their own needs and training goals. By providing group personal and Pilates services with a strict number of participants (six people), we faithfully serve our promise of a unique experience for the trainee. Furthermore, the option of choosing a personal session is given to both trainees and athletes with the motivation of rehabilitation and exercise. Our specialized staff is able to meet every need of the athlete/trainee."

  • Personal Training
    Personal training with one of our trainers in our fully equipped gym
  • Group Personal
    Personalized training in a group of up to 6 people. It includes strength training, cardio, posture correction, dumbbells, TRX, machines, and mobility exercises.
  • Mat Pilates
    "The Pilates method is named after the German physical trainer Joseph Hubertus Pilates in the early 20th century. 1 His goal was to relieve patients from lower back pain and other musculoskeletal conditions. The exercise repertoire is wide through auxiliary equipment (props), such as fit balls, Pilates balls, rings, bands, bricks. 3 Pilates allows the modification of exercises in difficulty level, from beginners to advanced, while serving the goals of each exerciser.
